Root Down | 60 minute vinyasa practice

We are nearing the Winter Solstice! Let your roots get really deep. Draw into all that subterranean, rich, earthy, slow growth. The trees and surface life may be dormant but we draw down in small sphere— the circle of a candle’s glow. This practice is meant to travel with you over the holidays, to give you a counter-weight to the rush, to put us all in our feet and our bodies, and to let it feel warm and internally guided. Thank you for all your support and love! And so many thanks to those of you supporting this podcast on Patreon! You all have helped me cover the professional fees to do this podcast, such as web host fees and more. I’m happy to offer this to you. Thank you for making it sustainable for me!Have warm Solstices, New Year’s, and all the rest!

Beautify what sustains | 60 minute vinyasa class

Thank you for bearing with me while I traveled, journeyed into deeper understanding of my ancestry, created big, joyous flower festivals, kicked off this year’s teacher training, and more! I have a class for you that has a lot of elements from what I’ve been teaching live recently. Lots of good, solid, functional movement to feel into your body and to really feel what sustains you. Listen for some good Krishna energy— that energy that supports us as we put one foot in front of the other. Practice, get a good, clear, connection to the inside, and share! Thank you for sharing this space with me!
