About Us

The Alex Manos Podcast revolves around the Functional Medicine Model and aims to educate and empower its listeners, while ensuring this is achieved with simple yet effective strategies. The podcast will have three episode formats: (1) Interviews with leading experts in the health and well-being space (2) Conversations with clients of Alex, who share their wisdom and experience of working through their health challenges (3) Solo shows where Alex will do Q and A sessions, and provide his own thoughts on current health topics. Alex is a certified Functional Medicine Practitioner having studied with the Institute For Functional Medicine, he has a MSc in Personalised Nutrition, a 1st class degree in Nutritional Therapy, and numerous qualifications in Performance Coaching and Personal Training.
