About Us

Doulas Darcy and Taylor explore the link between our worthiness and our birth and postpartum experiences and vice versa. As a postpartum doula and birth doula, they share their perspectives on birth and the postpartum period while diving deep and exploring how our feelings of worthiness affect both and how our experiences during birth and the postpartum period affect our worthiness.We hope to inspire you to believe in your worthiness and offer ideas for creating the birth and postpartum experience you are worthy of.
