About Us

Why are there so many “how to” books, videos, podcasts, and tutorials? If you are like us, after a while you get sick of all the “how to” stuff and you want to just hear a good story. That’s why we are here!We aren’t strutting around telling you to listen to how we started a business or how to be a “successful” entrepreneur (We put that word in quotes because we loving asking people to define success.) We are simply here to create a platform for Entrepreneurs and business owner to tell their stories. Don’t listen to us, listen to them.In these stories you hear about how these people ran restaurants at 11 years old, bought businesses from family members, or tried to run away from owning a business. Hidden between the lines are little bits of gold for other entrepreneurs ears.Give one of the stories a listen! Tell us what you think. Let us know who our next interview should be. Help us to create an amazing platform for entrepreneurs to tell their stories. Thanks,ENDPodcast

The Balance Today Is Not The Balance Tomorrow.

How You Do One Thing Is How You Do Everything.

If you just started flipping houses... this interview is for you! Joe Evangelisit started in the house flipping business, and now owns multiple companies, runs masterminds, podcasts, and much more! What I loved about this episode was Joe's openness to talk about his family history all of the way back to his grandparents getting off of the boat from Italy. Please enjoy.

Little Bit of an Empire

Do you love the music at the beginning of the episode? If so, you'll love this interview with the beautiful people behind the music. Drew & Ket are an L.A. based band that has it's roots here in Philadelphia. We absolutely loved hearing them talk about how they are building their brand just like any other small business, and you'll enjoy hearing their personal view of taking risks to chase dreams. This episode is sponsored by Valente's Italian Specialties.

"Whatever you do, have fun with it."

His passion about his business couldn't be missed. Marty DeNinno (owner ofPinnacle Irrigation & Nightlighting and Haddonfield resident) brings us his story of starting in a family business and then striking out on his own. There was risk. It was hard. It took sweat, blood, and tears, but it was worth it. Also...nobody was arrested during this episode ;) (Listen to the end to hear what might make you think that) Please Enjoy, -ENDPodcast

Big Skys Every Day

It woke up the bear.

We think the bear was awakened too. This episode interviewing our cofounder Reece Wilke was a ton of fun for us. We left it a little bit un edited so you can enjoy some of the bantering back and forth between Barry and Reece. Reece is the owner of Garaguso Classical Martial Arts in Haddonfield New Jersey and is young to the game of entrepreneurship. He's jumping into the game with both feet and loving every moment of the fun that we call "hard work." Enjoy, -ENDPodcast

Scotland to Haddonfield

American dream? Yes. But more than that Lainey values relationships that go way beyond our national pride...This conversation with Lainey was different for a few reasons. One, the clear dependance on community combined with service to community is hard to miss. Second, our off-mic conversation afterward won’t be heard today verbatim but as I remember that off-mic conversation, I hear it in different ways during this recorded sit down. Enjoy, -ENDPodcast

Work on your character before you work on your fade.

You know how barbershops and Haddonfield go together like traffic and 295? Well, hearing George’s story from neighborhood barber to Marine barber to downtown Haddonfield fixture is amazing. MirAno’s is a part of the fabric of this historic town because of George’s commitment to creating a culture of community in his barbershop...how’s that for alliteration...on the conversation! We took lemons and made Limoncello.

Joe’s vision marked this conversation. After you hear how Joe had such a vivid picture of what his barbershop was supposed to look like before he opened it, you should ask yourself what do you have vision for. Haddonfield has a special relationship with its barbershops and Joe’s perspective on why shows why they are at the top of the list. Enjoy! -ENDPodcast
