Storytelling With Your Brand

Storytelling isn’t a consideration you should have as part of your brand strategy, it should be your brand strategy. In this podcast, I discuss how you should discover and create content through storytelling about your brand. The first idea is to think about those stories that talk about how your business came to be. Tell stories that will help your customers latch onto your brand, and go out and repeat that story. Second, is to you use your customers to tell their own story, whether through reviews or feedback that then can be turned into your own brand story. I even get into talking about how easy it is to use your cell phone to record, edit and produce the content your customers want to engage with.
