Morgan grew up on her family-owned campground in a small town in Wisconsin where she helped run the family business at a young age. After getting her cosmetology license and pursuing her career as a hairstylist, Morgan decided to go back to school to pursue her degree in marketing. With her background in the beauty industry and her new degree in marketing, she established foundations at Sephora’s corporate headquarters in San Francisco and, after a few years there, moved over to Rodan + Fields.
