Today, we wrap up our series, "Happiness through Courage." Courage is the testing point of every virtue: the ability to do the right thing no matter how challenging it is. In this final sermon, we talk about how to cultivate a sense of moderation in life. If we use spiritual disciplines to meet our needs, we won't find ourselves binging on food, alcohol, or spending sprees. This message also reviews and wraps up the series.
