About Us

The Western Navigators is a growing community eager to discover who God is and how He fits into our lives and a broken world. We look to Jesus as the ultimate example of how to live and engage the world. Teaching students how to follow Jesus is our focus. As a group from many different cultures and backgrounds, we challenge and strengthen our faith through weekly meetings, small groups, prayer times and mentoring. Our faith is made visible and active through campus outreach events and volunteering in the London community. We believe in bringing excellent speakers onto the campus to begin dialogues on matters of faith, social justice and the spiritual life.

Porn Trafficking

Dr. Shelley Lubben (Th. D.), founder of Pink Cross (www.thepinkcross.org) and former adult-film actress will share her experience on what happens behind the scenes at a porn set. She will share her story from her days as a prostitute to her 30-film career as "Roxy", her porn alter ego. She will also share about how she left the porn industry and started Pink Cross. The adult-film industry is a fast growing, multi-billion dollar business. Each year, it is estimated that the industry generates an average of $13 billion in the US alone. It is widely accepted that pornography is simply entertainment and that actors and actresses choose and enjoy their work. Is this the truth or is there a darker side to this industry?
