Positive Transitions
Every person, every leader, will find themselves in a season of transition at some point. It’s important that we get this right when the time comes. In this episode, we'll discuss the keys to positive transitions.

The Team Code Part Two
We pick up right where we left off last month in our conversation about the Team Church Code. This month, the statements that we talk through are, “We abandon smallness” (3:24), “We are undeterred by offense” (12:55), “We starts with me” (18:26), and “We move church forward” (22:15). We hope this helps you continue building a framework for your own code.

The Team Code Part One
What is your code? At the core of every person or every team, exists some sort of code. We gave language to ours and wrote it down. Today, is part one of our discussion about the Team Church Code and we hope that this code is something that can be reflected in the hearts of our team church tribe. The statements that we discuss today in part one are “We go together, not alone” (2:09), “We are undivided” (8:12), and “We let the best idea win” (16:50). Use our conversation with your own team to start a discussion about what your code is. Take ours and put it into practice with your own teams, or just use ours as a framework, but start putting language to who you are as a team.

Creating a Culture of Encouragement
You are incredible. No really, you are! This month’s episode is all about encouragement. Something seemingly so small, could very possibly be the thing that will take your team and your culture to the next level. We talk about creating a culture of encouragement in your organization (3:15) and give you five points about encouragement (13:44). Listen to this episode, talk with your teams, and tell somebody how incredible they are!

The Speed With Which You Lead
There is a dumb dichotomy between getting it right and doing it fast. We don't have to compromise. Excellence in leadership demands that we have both and Kevin Gerald talks about a few ways to improve in this area.
