EI just decided to record where I was at 5 days after my mother died. I had recorded an episode on the shift podcast the night my mom died and I was happy to have a record of how I felt that night. I also have some thoughts about being in a boarding school that became part of one of biggest sexual abuse scandals in Ireland.

Musings on grief. My Dad's 7 year anniversary.

EIt was the 7th anniversary of my Father's death this week. This is a chat with myself having a think about the grieving process. In Ireland my Father's death was very public and I was very open about it afterwards. 7 years later, what do I think of it all now. Is there a right way to grieve? Did I do it wrong. The recent honesty series of the podcast continues.
