Daring to Lead with Vulnerability

Vulnerability does not mean being weak or submissive. Rather, it implies the courage to be yourself. As luck would have it, we discovered we’re actually reading the same book (Dare to Lead, by @brenebrown), which talks a lot about how vulnerability has the power to transform us into better leaders and creators.
