Philosophy can be a confusing subject.Join me, Tobias Weaver on a bi-weekly podcast exploring practical philosophy, with an aim to develop the conditions of our mind to improve the conditions of our life.In it we explores the ideas of ancient and modern philosophy, stoicism and psychology to outline ways to take ownership for our well-being and build resilience to life's hardships.In the face of increasing stress, anxiety, depression and general mental health, the goal of The Pocket Philosopher is to provide a practical tool kit to help us remain calm and content regardless of the storms that threaten to unbalance us.
