Amber started her major weight loss journey at 259 lbs. She invites you to join in. Her goal is to lose over 100 pounds within 1 year. Discussions about diet plans and weight loss pills will be had. Interviews with professionals from physical fitness instructors to nutritionists will be shared. Between using technology like her iPhone and Apple Watch to taking new supplements and trying new workout classes you will get a wide variety of ways to start (or fortify) your own personal journey. Successes and failures alike will be shared along the way with every "audio diary" entry. Whether you have a hundred lbs or just want to get a little more active and healthy you will gain positive reinforcement from this podcast. This month I have 2 kiddos with graduations. My 4 year old from pre-school and my 18 year old from high school. These are milestones in their life and I'm so happy that I was the "new" me when they happened. I know that they will create a memory around that event and how I am in that memory will come back to them later in life. They will, subconsciously, extract direction and guidance from that memory and the fact that I was the healthier, happier, more present me will be a positive thing for them. We have a plethora of excuses at our disposal! So it is easy to come up with one when explaining to our spouse, our buddy, our trainer, our workout partner and whoever about why we are getting closer to this goal that we have proclaimed. Sometimes we will every use the days of the week as our excuse! Weekends are my relax time... I've always got too many engagements one the weekends that I have to go to...
