Welcome back to the Life Well Dunn Podcast, and Happy New Year! With resolutions in full force, I thought a basic nutrition podcast would go over well. I have a pretty simple outlook on nutrition, although it's something I've struggled with all my life. Nutrition should be kept simple, much like your training. With a simple protocol, we can restore health, improve performance, and increase your health and longevity. What you eat impacts your gut, and your gut impacts all aspects of life, including immune system and cognitive abilities. Give this episode a listen and send me a message with your thoughts.
