Dr. Kyle is going to be giving tips and tools on how to make the shift, as well as bringing in professionals and experts to talk about their experience in making a shift in their lives. Dr. Kyle Knox is a sports chiropractor who believes that chiropractic is helping take wellness to the forefront. While going through school, Dr. Kyle was naturally drawn to sports, and it was through his sports career that he discovered that he didn’t want to work with just the high-end athletes, but with anyone who is motivated to live an active lifestyle. He was introduced to chiropractic by Dr. Terry Schroeder, a four-time water polo Olympian, and it was in his office that Dr. Kyle witnessed people making a positive shift in their lives every day. Dr. Kyle knew then that chiropractic was something he could be really passionate about. Shifts happen in various ways. Some people want to make extreme shifts while others just want to get back into their old habits. However, if you don’t decide to make shifts towards the positive, that decision will ultimately rule your life. Through Making the Shift, Dr. Kyle hopes to further motivate everyone to make positive shifts in their lifestyles.
