You will start with your eyes closed and then begin to open them. It is suggested that you use this meditation before heading out on your next walking meditation.

Given the focus on common negative reactions to pain, I find that, while once is usually necessary when it comes to listening to this particular meditation, once is also probably enough. You may also want to listen to this once and then meditation in silence while you investigate any discomfort or pain in your body.
