This is the Balanced Bod Pod, where we talk about all things balancing life and health so you can have your cake* and eat it too! *and not one of those dairy free, gluten free, no bake, paleo cakes. Like, a real cake.But seriously, health is the greatest gift we have and it does not need to come at the cost of enjoying the fun parts of life.
