The Mohican 100 & Injury Update

The Mohican 100 is a fantastic race. I truly loved this course, 4 loops through Mohican State Park, 2 long loops and then 2 shorter loops. It really helps to break up the race. Typically this is a crazy hot one, we didn’t get the intense heat, but we did get 10 hours of torrential rain through the night. The storm turned the trails into streams, fog rolled in, and it didn’t let up until the sun came out. There were flash flood warnings in the area, but we pushed on through the night. I took a fall at mile 78 that ultimately decided my fate, but I’ll tell ya all about that in this podcast. Thanks for listening!
