About Us

The Whey Box Podcast is a series of short and intimate conversations hosted by Tally Rye and one of the founders of Whey Box, Ben Thoy. The guests have all become well-known for various achievements within the UK health and fitness industry, and whilst the aim of this podcast is to bring you up to date on what's currently going on in their lives, we also hope to dig a bit deeper so that you can get to know a little bit more about the people behind the Instagram profiles.
