Kayla is a Non-Diet Holistic Nutritionist, Author, and influencer who helps people to stop feeling crazy and uncontrollable around food. She teaches how to overcome the diet-binge-purge cycle by showing people the tools needed to heal their relationship with food and their body, in order to gain their life, health, and freedom back.
