The Soundcloud page of the codex west-affiliated Not A Recipe podcast, hosted by Mark Kuivila and Jacob Lively. We talk about cooking fundamentals, technique and demystifying the kitchen. We think the recipe format is a great way to teach cooking a single thing, but not a great way to teach cooking.
