At Aroma we recently talked about our values and how they relate to how we care for our facilities. This is a two minute cut from a 20 minute sharing that included testimonies of God’s love, spiritual warfare, and our values: vision, identity, community, growth, and excellence. It’s important to integrate your values into as many interactions as you can. It’s one way you build a solid culture in your organization.
