Digging Yourself Out of Despair When Life Happens

In today's episode I share my heart with you based on an event that I personally dealt with over the weekend. Being hit with a harsh reality or an unexpected life circumstance has the ability to derail your mood in an instant. Sometimes these life circumstances are ones that we see coming a mile away and pray we can dodge it and sometimes they are totally unexpected and side swipe us without warning. Regardless of which one, they both land on us the same and have the power to knock us down physically and emotionally causing us to be filled with fear, doubt and most likely despair. Such despair that we find ourselves frozen in our tracks struggling to move forward with life when we know we need to. I empathize with you today on this topic, I share my heart and my own personal process for digging yourself out of despair when life happens.
