Debbie is a consultant who travels arouns and advises hospitals that are going through the stroke certification process. Debbie created the concept of a "MOCK STROKE SURVEY" which includes a visit to the client facility 60 days prior to the real survey to conduct a trial run of sorts. This allows the facility to understand what corrective actions (RFIs) they need to take to pass the real thing.
