We’re fascinated with weightloss stories. We’re awed by physically fit athletes, actors, and models. It’s not enough to just dream about being healthy. Our clocks are ticking.

Stupid Sick!

At age 42, I started getting a lot heavier and much sicker. Nobody in the medical field told me that I needed dramatic changes in lifestyle and diet, so I didn’t change. I trusted the ‘system’ and I got stupid SICK. More medicines, but never considering my own responsibility in getting my body well, I just got sicker.

Is THIS good for ME?

When looking at what’s on your plate, it’s good to study the food and ask yourself, “What about this meal is actually GOOD for my body? Is is muscle food? Does it help my brain? Does it keep my bowels working well? Is it even nutritious? Is this enough food or am I overeating?
