Do you find that you often have to tuck away your emotions, hide your feelings, and swallow your pride just to be there for others? Let me ask you this question... Who's there for you? Who is there to support you emotionally? So many women are walking around this planet with immense amount of hurt, frustration, pain, sorrow, depression... Simply because they feel like there is never anyone there for them to have a shoulder to cry on. To make matters worse, when you breakdown emotionally, you feel guilty about having feelings at all. Today, I want to encourage you to ALLOW yourself to feel. I want you to know that it is ok to cry, to be happy, to be sad. And to most of all, understand that you do not have to always be the strong one.
