Keto Diet vs Low-Carb Diet vs Paleo Diet: Which Is the Right Diet For You?

On this episode of Vishnu Ki Secret Life we answer one of the most searched questions on the internet when it comes to health and fitness. What diet should YOU follow? We cover three popular diets on this podcast – The Keto Diet, The Low-Carb Diet and The Paleo Diet. The ketogenic diet, or keto, is an almost zero-carb diet that focuses on high protein and high fat food. In simple terms, when you’re on a ketogenic diet, you eat almost no carbohydrates. The Low-carb diet allows a low to moderate amount of carbohydrates in your diet, high protein, and moderate to low fat. The paleo diet - Short for paleolithic, in one sentence, the paleo diet is eating like paleolithic man, or how a caveman would eat. Read the story here. Nootropics: How L-Theanine Helped Me Cope With Anxiety

I experience anxiety often. If you’ve dealt with anxiety, you know the crippling effect it has on you. You’re always worried or uncertain, you have trouble making decisions, and it basically is a huge pain. My anxiety is usually made worse because I drink a lot of coffee. L-Theanine is a non-essential amino acid which is found in tea. Which means it’s not made naturally in your body, but you can get it from drinking tea. The ingredient in green tea that calms you down is L-Theanine! On this podcast I'll walk you through how L-Theanine helped make me a more calm, centred person, and how you can supplement with L-Theanine to fight off anxiety. Listen to the podcast for the full story on how L-Theanine helped me, and can help you! Nutrition: I Ate Just Fat (No Protein or Carbs) For 2 Weeks And Lost 5 Kilos

In March 2013, I lost more than 5 kilos of weight in 2-3 weeks by eating ONLY fat. I didn’t step inside a gym for a single day of those three weeks, but I SHREDDED fat. How? I went on a fat fast. During a fat fast, you eat ONLY FAT. Almost no protein or carbohydrates. JUST FAT. The science behind it, is that since fat is so satiating, it’s hard to overeat it.
