Marisa first Rob interviewed Cameron Lavery Principal Solicitor of Justice Connect, Homeless law sgvice Not about the links between homelessness and justice issues in Victoria's first ever Parliamentary Inquiry into Homelessness. The focus was onJustice Connect's Cameron Lavery and Samantha Sowerwine providing evidence in the Parliamentary Inquiry into Homelessness, and incarceration.Uncle Jack charles, First Nations actor was then interviewed about his career, his new book, and Projects arising out of his own incarceration experiences.Finally, Elyta First Nations Transgender woman and activist was interviewed about Aboriginal deaths in custody, her work surrounding Transgender Remembrance Day, and her uncle Cecil was also discussed in regards to Stolen Generation issues. In particular, Elyta spoke about Veronica Baxter's death in custody, which happened whilst Elyta was incarcerated. She occupied the cell next to Veronica as she lay dying.

Human rights and police accountability

Marisa interviewed Brett Collins from Justice Action about mental health detainees, and deaths in cstody.Marisa then interviewed Sajda, peer advocacy worker from the Police accountability Project, from Flemken Community Legal centre, about racial profiling, overpolicing of climate campaigners.Finally, Marisa interviewed Anthony Kelly from Melbourne Activist Legal support about the above important resource. Anthony talked about the unfair bail conditions for climate change campaigners, the history of the violations of human rights of activists, and the important role that Melbourne Actfvist Legal support and legal observers have in collecting evidence and helping arrestees, so that human rights and civil liberties are upheld, as much as possible.

They also spoke about Government polcicies pertaining to Refugees. The entire show was about the stories of the Refugees, with a call out to the Australian Government to let the Refugees stay.

Marisa interviewed Carina Ford Immigration lawyer who gave an update about the Tamil family. They also discussed briefly, some detramental consequences of detention citing the Tamil family who are staying on Christmas Island currently.Peter spoke to Marianne Mackay First Nations activist from Western Australia, about the Aboriginal mother who was shot by police. Aboriginal deaths was discussed, particularly John Pat.Marisa also read out articles about the Sacred trees in Araat.
