About Us

My name is Kristin Benton and am a Mindset Hacker (you can call me a life coach if you want to) that is deeply passionate about guiding women to the “other side” of doubt, guilt, shame, negative self-talk, and all around small living. And, you've found my podcast, where you get to be a fly on the wall as I talk to the brave women that I admire! Sometimes it's just me; but, mostly, this is where you'll hear from women who are out there making waves, who have survived and THRIVE!ABOUT THE RIDE OR DIE TRIBEThis is a tribe - a MOVEMENT… a sisterhood of ride or die “Bad Bit&$es” that own their awesome, equally as much as their flaws, and show it all to the world without shame, fear or guilt.I love Jesus AND cussing (I’m not perfect)- I’m not for everyone- and that’s ok. I still love you. If you’re down for real talk and some f-bombs (sorry, not sorry) here’s your invite :) We live authentically. We love deeply. We speak truth. We call BS on ourselves and each other. We want you....just as you are. Want in? ABOUT ME, Kristin (AKA KBeezy!)How do I tell you about me? Life has give me many challenges and I have yet to be taken down. It's a mindset I adopted in childhood as a victim of sexual, physical and emotional abuse. In college, while studying to be a professional opera singer, and after years of attempted suicide, an inpatient stay at the psychiatric hospital woke me up to the strength inside of me.I went on to start my first business fresh out of college, built a very successful career in corporate America and then left all of it behind to partner in building a women's fitness and education startup where I had the true privilege of growing and nurturing a tribe of 25,000 women across the United States. I have appeared on CNN, been featured in Reader's Digest, star in numerous workout videos for the amazing FabFitFun, personal trained celebrities and shared women's alternative fitness in every major TV market in the United States. It was the most empowering experience of my life - running a company that achieved internal transformation by appealing to the desire for outer transformation. When that chapter ended, I was left not knowing who I was or what was next for me. With a lot of soul searching, I realized that what I'd been doing all along was transforming lives through mindset - fitness and movement was just the means to reach the women who so desperately needed to discover their own inner self-worth. All that I have learned and used to create my success is repeatable and all of my experiences are pointless if I don't share them. And, now, I have committed fully to MY true calling- helping other women find and live their passion authentically. To celebrate the successes of my tribe- be there when they fall - and create a tribe of women who encourage each other on the journey to complete living.

EOn this week’s Ride or Die Tribe Remix, Co-hosts Kristin and Tammy, discuss the common issue of “distraction” that we hear so many of our clients complain about. It is something we all face! You know, social media, checking email 20 times a day, texting friends to see who is available for a coffee meet-up, online shopping, and cleaning the house are just a few of the reasons we’ve heard. We dive into the reasons distraction occurs and things you can do to set yourself up for a distraction-free day so you can complete the goals set out in front of you! #58 Remix - Same But Different

EKristin and co-host Tammy, an online business coach and digital marketing expert, have teamed up. In this episode we talk about "not fitting in." We recently realized that while we show up in very different ways in the world, we both often feel like we can't find a lunch table to sit at. Tammy is put together and enjoys being "done up" daily, while Kristin is lucky to brush her hair before leaving the house; but, the common ground is the unspoken gap, the need to belong, to live in community, to be accepted. Sound familiar? We would love to hear from you. What experiences have shaped the way you appear in the world. Do you ever feel like you don't belong. How can we individually extend more kindness to create collective acceptance? Connect with Us on Instagram: @kbeezyaf @tammygibsononline

#55 Tammy and Kristin - Check Your Faith

EFor this final takeover episode, my good friend Tammy came in strong wanting to talk about faith. This is a deeply personal episode and I shared several incredibly formative encounters/experiences that I have shared with only my closest friends over the years. But, it was time and Tammy so beautifully held space for this to happen. From my early encounters with the occult, to my personal decision to follow Christ, pastors having affairs in the church, and so much more. My relationship with God is never in question, though my humanness will always make me an imperfect being trying to love as much like Jesus as I can. Tammy is an online business GURU! #54 Pica and Kristin - Tales of Excessive Travel

EI've always had a fascination with culture and languages from as far back as I can remember. When the Takeover offer was opened up, my friend Pica said she was curious about my travels and I was SO excited to give her the mic for this! I've traveled almost all of the United States and am steadily checking off my international bucket list. We spent a great deal of time talking about my time in Tanzania (she got me emotional), which was an experience of deep spiritual and emotional growth. Then, we moved into the adventure of 7 days in a van... in Iceland. Plus, many other pit stops along the way. I've encountered many cultures in my life and we didn't even touch on the slightest bit of that in this conversation: but, don't worry, we covered a TON of ground as I share how travel has changed me. I don't plan on stopping anytime soon. To connect with Pica, go to www.instagram.com/rasath1 And, of course you can find me at www.instagram.com/kbeezyaf

#53 Amy and Kristin - Don't Give Up on People (You)

EA few weeks prior to this episode I was interviewing Amy (The one that lives in the van) and when we got done she said, she was curious about more of MY story and suggested that I be a guest on my own podcast. I said "OK" and immediately asked her to do the first takeover. She ROCKED it. If you want to know who I REALLY am - my fears, my passions, what I would tell my 21 year old self, how I get grounded, words of wisdom for my kids, my favorite food and color....all of it - she covered it. I'm super proud of this conversation and so honored to have been gifted with this talk with Amy. We talk about my biggest fear, my guilt pleasure, childhood hurt, and she even made me cry on my own podcast - what?! I hope you enjoy this storytelling as much as I enjoyed being part of it. #52 Julieta - Can't Hear the Haters Over the Sound of My Vibrator

EJulieta. Where to begin. She grew up in an Argentinian family of girls that were empowered by a strong mother to know their anatomy, know about safe sex, and be in charge of their bodies and pleasure. This wasn't easy growing up in Mormon Utah but she ended up educating her classmates about their bodies and sexuality within a culture that attaches a great deal of shame to female bodies and development, including sexuality and pleasure. Turns out, it was a foreshadowing of things to come. Now, she is a badass proponent of normalizing pleasure, exploring kink, and owning your sexuality. DO NOT miss this!
