Actor, personal trainer, powerlifter and former pro-wrestler Gerrit Bult explores living with the challenges of chronic pain. The goal is to acknowledge, inspire, and relate to people living with chronic pain. It's not only possible to survive living with chronic pain, but to live a full life and thrive with chronic pain. Whether you've suffered sports injuries, been in an accident, or have chronic emotional pain, we can relate. No matter where you are in your journey, it is our mission to give you the information and inspiration that will help you become...Bult for Life!

As a caretaker, a loved one, and patient advocate all at the same time, it can be difficult to manage your way in and around the issues surrounding chronic pain and chronic illness. Success rates for couples dealing with these issues are unfortunately very low. Our goal is to give you some insight to try to make your relationship stronger, so that you can both thrive through the pain, and keep working at living a healthy life.
