In Episode 83, I first and foremost thank people relating to this podcast, the listeners, family, friends, etc. The remaining time is spent on items which I said I would follow-up on, from past episodes. One is on reflection; writing in a journal and tracking my time and the second was on my prototyping of returning to school. It's important that for us to work at our highest level, maximize all efforts and ultimately reach success, we must practice with intent that art of doing nothing. It doesn't matter if your nothing is watching a movie or going for a run, just spend time not having to achieve or feel accomplished. Rest, relax, and for more than an hour. Throughout we will touch on the change curve, how implementation is cyclic, the ways in which we can improve our success, and alignment of thought and behavior. By far this is where most of us are not successful, and where we need to spend most of our focus working toward our end goal and success.

Episode 76 turns our attention back to Designing Your Life with a focus on Odyssey Plans. Odyssey Plans allow you to visually plan your life and then gauge the likeliness of success. The authors of the book suggest that you complete three of these plans, one around your current state and trajectory, one of what you want to go after, and your cloud-9 plan. Once these plans are completed, you can start to analyze each allowing you to understand which may be most suited. They are paramount to successful DYL.
