Sharing Stories, Sharing Strength

This podcast has been created by young people who have used the services of Amethyst SARC (Sexual Assault Referral Centre). In their own words they have talked about finding the courage to speak out about sexual violence, coming to the SARC, talking to the police, going through the court process, the support they have had and how they have coped. We would like to thank all the amazing young people who shared their stories and hope that this will enable others to break their silence and share your strength. The project has been produced with help from PACT, Crimebeat, CGI and the South Caernarfonshire Soroptimists. www.childline.org.uk

Changing Minds Through Gaming - Episode 2: Andrew Pearson

A series where I, Niall Jones, play video games with guests and chat about mental health. The idea is to bring awareness and the conversation around mental health to more people, and to show that it can be talked about in a relaxed manner. I can talk from my own experiences with anxiety and depression, and it's really inspiring hearing other people be open about mental health and talk about their own struggles, stories and experiences. Special thanks to everyone at TAPE for helping me create this series. And thank you for listening! I hope you enjoy it. CMTG playlist on YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLVxfZIauJ7YCpczEhdAoOH1HlKzYeqWGk If you'd like to listen to the series and watch the gameplay at the same time, you can find all the episodes on my YouTube channel in the above playlist.
