Kelly has been instrumental in establishing a course that teaches students from across a broad range of disciplines about food security and sustainability. Her teaching methods involve partnering businesses with food producers to look for efficiencies along the food chain. By solving real-world problems, Kelly’s students learn firsthand what it takes to feed a hungry planet.
