This purpose of this podcast is to create a space where women can be open and honest about their struggles! We are all struggling but most of us don’t share what is going on in our lives and then we feel isolated. You are going to hear women share what they have learned so far in their lives, what they would do differently and what they want for their future.

Lauren and I have known each other for several years. After starting her own family, Lauren began to notice her mother's narcissistic behavior and tendency to create unnecessary drama in the family. Lauren made the very difficult decision to no longer have a relationship with her mother. By not having a relationship with her mother, she is not able to have a relationship with her father or sister either.
