City Watch Podcast: Before The Game – Liverpool vs. Manchester City (7/10/2018)

Manchester City are in winning form heading into the biggest game of the season against Liverpool this weekend, but will have to pull off something special to beat Jurgen Klopp’s men having not won at Anfield since 2003. It promises to be another rollercoaster ride and one which City can hopefully come away from with a positive result. To preview the weekend clash, we have our second edition of Before The Game, one of our new shows on the expanding City Watch Podcast. Host James Sproston is joined by CWP regular Matty Dove. The trio react to Pep Guardiola’s press conference, with the big news being that Kevin De Bruyne could play some part, and Benjamin Mendy is back in training and in contention. They analyse Liverpool, where the main threats will come from, and do we have to fear another bus attack? And can it be done – can City FINALLY end 15 winless years at Anfield? James and Matty give their predictions.
