EPISODE 01 – KEN RATRI ISWARI – FOUNDER & CEO GEEKHUNTER – IT IS LIKE BARBIE AND KEN

Ken Ratri Iswari got her bachelors and MBA degree from the School of Business and Management ITB and graduated with distinction. Ken was the highest achiever for Business Leadership and Human Capital Management. Ken started her professional career as an Account Manager at P&G and in Human Resources at Shell. Pursuing her entrepreneurial passion, she decided to leave corporate life and joined a start-up incubator, Contenga International (now Liv.it) as Human Capital Manager. In 2013, Ken officially established GeekHunter, an IT recruitment consultant together with her business partner, Yunita Anggraeni. Ken is on the list of Cleo Magazine’s 30 Under 30 Young, Passionate and Successful Women; Recruiting Daily’s 300+ Women in HR Technology Worth Watching. Ken is also a mentor for ShellLiveWire Indonesia 2016, Gerakan 1000 Startup Digital, and The Greater Hub. Ken serves as the director of Startup Grind Bandung.
