“I define health as happiness, I think that they ride in tandem. And for me, happiness and health is being embodied. I'm really living in my body if I'm really here and present. That's when I find health and happiness.” Sara’s personal healing journey and how she discovered and fell in love with Ayurvedic medicine. “I was terrified of my own voice, and was wading in these deep waters of trying to find myself and terrified of who I was who I am.
