Episode 098 - Changing My Croatian Sense Of Life

The official title is the Malevolent Universe Premise and it was something that I believe most of us grow up with, at least if you’re Eastern European. It’s been hard to change, but even the little bit that I’ve managed to distance myself has helped me be a more positive, happy, grateful person. This week’s show is all about how to stop undercutting your happiness and success. -Kresimir Jug

Episode 097 - FedExing The Fear Out Of Your Health

An insight is something that once it happens it can’t unhappen. It’s like that joke that once you’ve seen something (usually gross) you can’t un-see it. But the same thing is true for good things as well. When you can’t un-see a good thing we call that an insight. This week’s episode is the one insight that drastically transformed my health and life. -Kresimir Jug

Episode 096 - What Kobe Bryant Taught Me About My Values

How do you find out what’s important to you, especially if you’re unclear? A value is something you seek to gain or keep. Whether it’s a relationship, wealth, a job, etc., it’s something that's important to you. It’s also something (values) that guides your life, your choices, your beliefs, and your filter. This was made abundantly clear this past weekend as I watched everyone react to the tragic loss (the fact that I’m using this word should help tip you off to how I feel about it) of Kobe Bryant and his daughter. You can learn a lot about yourself, what you really value, and how it all applies to your life when cultural events like this one occur. -Kresimir Jug

Episode 095 - How To Handle The Guilt Trip

Have you encountered the rolling eyes, sighs or downright snarky comments when you’ve shared your thoughts, feelings, or goals with someone? Believe or not, this is a logical fallacy. It’s intended to make you feel inferior, or less than and to stop your intent, question or goal without a proper answer. On this week’s podcast, I talk about how to understand and dismantle this argument from intimidation and how to not let it stop you from doing what your mind is telling you to do. -Kresimir Jug

Episode 094 - One Thing Each Day To Ensure Your Growth

Growth happens outside of your comfort zone. We’ve all heard the cliche and, (like all cliches) there is an element of truth to it. In this case, I think it’s all true. I think achievement or at least the feeling of improvement/accomplishment is one of the best feelings of life and something necessary for your self-esteem to flourish. But what are you doing each day to make that happen? -Dr. Kresimir Jug

Episode 091 - You Have A Support System But Do you Have This System?

I’m grateful that the concept of support is widely preached and practiced today. I’m can’t imagine how challenging life would be if you met opposition and judgment for who you were and/or for everything that you wanted to do. I also believe that you need to have another system in place to achieve the maximum from your life. Support is vital, but it can only get you to neutral, what about the other 50%? That’s what this week’s podcast is all about. -Dr. Kresimir Jug
