108 | We're All Connected | Feat. Dana Trixie Flynn

Hey Tribe! Today I had an EPIC conversation with Dana Trixie Flynn, one of the most inspiring yoga teachers out there. Dana owns TWO yoga studios. One is called The Church of Yoga in New Orleans and the other is called Laughing Lotus, which has various locations including San Francisco. She has been teaching over 28 years. She brings so much wisdom and happiness to this episode. This convo was also REALLY COOL because I got to meet Dana IRL aka IN REAL LIFE! She just happened to be in San Francisco. She came over to my apartment, and we had a rad conversation about being connected and the importance of laughing together. She is an amazing human and an outstanding yoga teacher that understands yoga from the deepest perspective. We discuss all things yoga and how to step into our own individual awesomeness. She also presents a great reminder that joy is now and how we are all connected. EnJOY this episode.Follow Dana on Instagram @danatrixieflynnThis show is sponsored by Breitenbush Hot Springshttps://breitenbush.com/MUSIC:Process by 92elmSUPPORT THE SHOW: If you find this podcast valuable you can support it directly by visitinghttps://dannipomplun.com/support/WRITE A REVIEW: If you like the podcast, please leave a review or rating oniTunes!
