This week’s Episode – I had the honour and pleasure of welcoming Domain Hughes on to the podcast this week, you will be able to tell by his bio below why I was so excited for this episode. Professor Damian Hughes is an international speaker and bestselling author who combines his practical and academic background within sport, organisational development and change psychology, to help organisations and teams to create a high performing culture. Steve Burns MC started life of growing up on a council estate in Newcastle. He had a fairly normal childhood, although behind the smile was a very insecure child. At the age of 16 Steve passed out of Royal Marines basic training. He did so with the honour of being awarded the commando medal for being the recruit that displayed the commando spirit the most. Commando Spirit is Courage, Unselfishness, determination and cheerfulness in the face of adversity. He displayed all of this whilst completing the commando phase of training with a broken foot!
