Hey Guys! Back at you today with another episode of The One Percenter Podcast and I have been looking forward to this episode for a while! Today’s episode is with one of the biggest guys in the space, Dean Graziosi!. Dean Graziosi is a well-known American entrepreneur, marketer, success coach, business owner, real estate investor and leading trainer throughout the world. He has appeared daily on American TV for nearly 15 years and is highly respected as a top businessman, entrepreneur, multiple New York Times bestselling author and Inspirational speaker. He is perhaps best known for his long running interview style TV shows and for becoming the leading real estate educator in the world. He has reached viewers in America and around the world who number in the millions. He has written five books which have dominated the success, business & real estate book sales space since 2006, with his best-selling book amassing over 1,000,000 copies sold. Last year Dean created what was known as the KBB Method and completely transformed business and the information space for so many people. He partnered with Tony Robbins, Russel Brunson, and Jenna Kutcher and created something that even I bought, and it is absolutely an amazing program. Today’s interview is one of the best that I’ve done, and it definitely will make a huge impact on you guys. My favorite part of the movie is where he talks about the pain of what life would be like if you were in the same place 5 years from now. Imagine that for a second, imagine 5 years from now you’re exactly in the same place. No progress on your financial life, no progress in your career or relationships, no progress in your health and fitness. NONE. That’s hell to me, but that would happen if you don’t get to work right now. If the possibility of winning doesn’t get you to work, then I hope the pain of complacency does. Take what Dean says in this interview and apply it, now get back to work. I’ll see you soon

How ED Mylett MADE 400 MILLION.

Hey Guys! Back at you today with another episode of The One Percenter Podcast and I have been looking forward to this episode for a while! This man is a friend, mentor, and incredible inspiration to me and I am so excited to introduce Mr. Ed Mylett. I first met Ed years ago and from then on we have stayed good friends. I’ve looked up to him in a lot of ways. He’s an incredible businessman, speaker, but above all he’s an incredible father and husband. There’s so much value in this episode and I know you guys will get as much as I did out of it. Ed has spent so much time with HIGH LEVEL people and hearing him talk about what they all have in common and makes them GREAT is truly amazing. He mentions there are three things that they all have in common and we must take those same things and apply them to our life if we want similar results. We go from talking about finding your passion, to money, to how to be a great father. Ed gives incredible insight here and I know there will be so much value that you get out of this. My favorite part of this interview is where Ed talks about what he thinks happens when he dies. A few years back Ed suffered a heart attack and he really started thinking about death. He now believes he is here to MAXOUT his life, to squeeze every ounce of potential he has. When he gets to heaven he believes that the Lord will say “well done my good and faithful servant, I am well pleased with you. But here is the man I created you to be, here is the man you were supposed to be.” Ed always says that when he meets the man the Lord created him to be, he hopes he is identical to that man, he wants to MAXOUT his life. That’s heaven to him, but hell is meeting that man and they’re total strangers. When I heard Ed say that for the first time chills ran down my spine. From that moment I always think about who I am supposed to be, and how much I could leave on the table. This applies to everything in my life; business, an impactor, a father and a husband. So whenever you have a decision to make, think about if it gets you closer or further from that person. THAT, is the best way to make sure you MAXOUT your life.

How to silence your inner B**** voice : Ryan Williams

Hey Guys! Back at you today with another episode of The One Percenter Podcast and I know you guys will like this one. Today we have an absolute stud! He is a former Navy Seal, an entrepreneur and CEO of Industry Threadworks, and a fellow Arete brother of mine; Mr RYAN WILLIAMS!! Ryan has built Industry Threadworks up to a multi-million dollar company and has filled a massive hole in the apparel industry. They provide individuals, brand owners, and businesses with an established infrastructure that supports apparel production, order fulfillment and everything in between. He helps people get their clothing brand off the ground, all the printing, fulfillment, and teaches how to scale properly and build your BRAND! Ryan spent 11 years as a Navy Seal and together we talked about what the BUD/S process was like and what he learned through it. The self discovery he experienced in this time was so valuable and he was able to take those lessons, harden his mind, and get through a program where most people quit. One of my favorite parts of the conversation was when we talk about how BUD/S is so hard because you’re willingly getting beat down. Ryan said that is one of the hardest parts, that it can be over at any time you want it to be. That temptation and ease of quitting is always there, and silencing that voice in your head is the real battle. This is the same in business. We continually get beat down day after day working towards our goals. Just like in BUD/S, when it gets tough, that voice in our head starts telling us to quit. The real battle is won in the mind, the way we show up to play. So many people lack the fortitude and grit to take that and it’s why so few people become SEALs and why so few people SUCCEED in business. So how do you find real success? Master your mind, and learn how to silence the voice that tells you to quit. We also go over the ins and outs of Ryan’s business and what he’s learned over the years about creating successful apparel brands. I hope you enjoy the interview and I’ll see you next time!

How I went from Overweight and Broke to living my Best life

300 lb MUSIC MILLIONAIRE to NIKE ATHLETE - Charlie Rocket

What’s up guys! Today we have an amazing guest I’ve been trying to have on the show for a long time. Mr. Charlie “Rocket” Jabaley!!!! Charlie Jabaley wasn't your typical kid from Georgia (United States). Sometimes labelled, "the chubby kid", Charlie was a dreamer. Knowing that he needed to use his imagination as a weapon to survive the playground, Charlie created his first persona, CEO Charlie. He had other ideas. Like pursuing the life of an athlete. But, that had to wait. As a young CEO millionaire of Atlanta Hip-hop management company, Street Execs, he sold millions of records, changed the trajectory of how to market to millennials, and guided the careers of influential artists like Grammy award winning 2Chainz. However, while all the success was pouring in, he battled depression, binge eating, crippling insecurities and a brain tumor. To everyone on the outside, CEO Charlie was crushing it. On the inside, he was dying. Unhealthy, unhappy and unfilled, Charlie retired in 2017 at the age of 29 from both the music industry and the name “CEO Charlie”. He made the decision to reinvent his life in pursuit of his childhood dream to become an athlete. AND FROM THE FLAMES EMERGED CHARLIE ROCKET, Charlie Rocket inspires those around him. He’s lost 135 pounds. Became vegan. Ran 3 marathons. Reversed the growth of his brain tumor. Became an Ironman. Just finished his nationally known Dream Machine bike tour across America. Is currently on the cover of Runner’s World Magazine and secured partnership with Nike. Charlie has rerouted his ambition of making millions of dollars into his current mission to TRANSFORM 1 MILLION PEOPLE’S LIVES. His name is Charlie Jabaley. His story isn’t over yet. My favorite part of the interview was when he was talking about his “Mom” marketing strategy. Think about it. Who loves you in the world more than your mom? Who supports you more than her? No one. So how can you take the people around you and have them become that supportive of you? So take that question and apply it to your business, your life, or wherever it fits. Turn as many people as possible into you “Mom”.
