God Won’t Give Me More Than I Can Handle! Or, Will He?

Refer, Refer, Refer

There are some odd stories in the Old Testament and the story of Naaman and Elisha is certainly one of them. A powerful foreign general wants healing and a curmudgeonly prophet from Israel prescribes an odd remedy. But one of the notable miracles of the Bible takes place only because someone behind the scenes was not shy about making a perfectly natural referral. How might we better learn to point people with problems to effective solutions? And how might a perfectly natural referral bring the people we know best closer to God? Thats what Pastor Tim will explore in this mornings message.
