On this show, Julie and Kaz discuss Gratitude - noticing and paying service to things you are grateful for. Finding one simple thing to give thanks for and writing it down can lead to a list as long as your arm! You are likely grateful for more things than you take notice of..and there were be days where you feel you are not fortunate and don't have much to be grateful for. That is what the 'practice' of gratitude does - it 'forces' you to recognize as many things as you wish, to demonstrate that most if not all of us have many things to be grateful for. The other part of the equation is that most people feel that when you practice gratitude, more things that you can be grateful for come your way! And, doesn't it always seem that when you focus on negative things, more come your way? Everything is energy, so attract the good and reject the bad!
