Michael Seibel, CEO of Y Combinator, On Why Startups Fail

When he was just 23, Michael Seibel co-founded and became the CEO of Justin.tv, which in 2014, rebranded to gaming platform Twitch and subsequently sold to Amazon for 970 million dollars. A serial entrepreneur, Michael went on to found Socialcam, acquired by Autodesk, and now applies his talents to helping discover the next Silicon Valley success as a partner at Y Combinator, a seed accelerator that has helped launch over 2,000 companies, including Airbnb, DoorDash, and Dropbox.
