Stop Skimping on Payroll!

It took me a long time but I've finally taken this lesson to heart. If you skimp on payroll and go for low level candidates, you are skimping on your business. It's that simple. If you have big aspirations as an entrepreneur you need to invest in top talent and not settle for mediocre talent.
