This isAdapNation’s first solo Podcast, almost 2 years in! I (Steve) will besharing all the details and current personalexperiences with my last and finaldieting phase, as my ambitious two year body transformation comes to an end. In Jan 2018, Ipublicly declared my body goal, and have been hard at work for the last two years working towards this aspirational physique. The journey ends with a photoshoot on 11th December 2019 at the AdapNation Gym. So, I’d better trim off the excess fat!
