About Us

I created a seriously kick ass life and a body I feel deeply proud of BY ACCIDENT! You see, at one point in my life, my body (and making it look different) was my sole focus. It sucked up all my energy until I was utterly stuck and depleted. It was when I said, “Screw it!” and started actually LIVING my life that things started to look up. My body struggles started to work themselves out, without even thinking about because I was feeling ALIVE every day! Get personally coached by me (Nichole Wurth), and see for yourself. It’s refreshingly honest and totally practical. Topics include body image, spirituality, adventure, money, freedom, movement, relationships, creativity, sisterhood, and mindset (basically nothing’s off the table).
