Before the pandemic, The East Bay Beer Runners were gathering in groups of up to 100 running and beer drinking community members. They met at bars or breweries, go for a run that loops back to the bar or brewery and then hang out and of course get some beers in. Ramon is one of the Co-Founders. Darrell and Mike talk with Ramon about the dynamic and interesting combination of beer and running. Ramon also explains how the club began and how it has evolved into what it is today. This was fun episode and a nice change up from our other topics!
