This week we chat to Claire Rosenhead, a fellow physiotherapist and hippy. Claire was diagnosed in 2018 and had 2 PAO's in 2019. We talk about working through 2 lots of rehabilitation, how knowing what to expect affects your preparation for the next surgery mentally and physically, but also, the importance of accepting each hip and each surgery for itself. Claire gives us some great tips on strategies that helped her, and how this has varied in the current lockdown situation. It was a pleasure to speak with Claire and I thank her for her time.
