About Us

Being a fitness style podcast, I want there to be an emphasis on a wide range of topics through training, nutrition, mindset amongst others. All my life rugby has been the number one sport for me and of huge interest to watch and always learn more about. For that reason I hope to provide plenty of rugby related content as well in these podcasts through different guests and rugby related topics of conversation. My aim is to provide as much value, insight and of course entertainment as possible through this social platform.

This is a two part episode that I have broken up into two as there is so much to cover. In this episode I cover everything on the 'energy in' side of fat loss, or in other words, nutrition. I talk about calories in general and within that the role and importance of all macronutrients, protein, carbs and fats. I also go over tips and hacks that I have used myself and with clients that help create that crucial energy deficit to elicit fat loss in a sustainable manner. In this episode I cover everything regarding the last 10 weeks where I prepped myself for a photoshoot and got into the best shape I have ever managed to yet. I cover every area from diet, training and even sleep and stress. I go through and explain the type of diet and how it is generally implemented on a day today basis. I talk about the pros and cons of this strategy and how to figure out if it is the approach for you or not. I also share the opinions of several highly respected and known American nutritionists on the topic from a recent nutrition journal I picked up.
